Payment procedure for domestic & international clients.
Gujarat Expert accepts both the modes of payment Online according to the convenience of its clients & Direct Banking to our company Current account. The following is the payment procedure for tours booked with us:
Online Credit Card Payment
For making online payment (After confirmation of the required tour/travel services) the following system is to be followed:
- We will send you an online payment link with the user name, password, and payment ID for you to access our secured payment gateway.
- On this payment gateway link, please click on "pay now" & fill the information required. After that click on the credit card to provide your Credit Card Number, CVV Number, Card Expiry Date, Card Holders Name & click on "submit".
- After bank's verification, please click on "pay".
- After that result code would be displayed as Approved or Not Approved.
- Approved means payment has been successfully processed.
- Not Approved or Blank means payment has not been processed & you need to try again.
Also, we would require copies of the following documents:
- Copy of Passport (First & Last Page)
- Copy of Identity proof (Pan card, Voter card, Driving license)
- Billing address of Credit / Debit Card along with contact number of card holder.
Online Debit Card Payment
For making online payment (After confirmation of the required tour/travel services) the following system is to be followed:
- We will send you an online payment link with the user name, password, and payment ID for you to access our secured payment gateway.
- On this payment gateway link, please click on "pay now" & fill the information required. After that click on the credit card to provide your Debit Card Number, CVV Number, Card Expiry Date, Card Holders Name & click on "submit".
- After bank verification, please click on "pay".
- After that result code would be displayed as Approved or Not Approved.
- Approved means payment has been successfully processed.
- Not Approved or Blank means payment has not been processed & you need to try again.

Offline Credit Card / Required Documents

Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft / Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT)
You may deposit cash/cheque to our company's bank account.
- You may remit payment to our company's bank account by RTGS / NEFT.
