Do dham yatra is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in India, which Hindu devotees take up with an aim of attaining nirvana and offering their prayers.
With Gujarat Expert do dham yatra from Delhi tour package of 8 days and 7 nights, you will be taken to some of the most sacred and holy sites in India leaving you with a soul-enriching feeling.
Once you arrive at your starting point of New Delhi railway station you will be transferred to the train heading for Rishikesh. This will be an overnight journey.
After reaching Rishikesh early in the morning you will be taken on a local sightseeing tour of this wonderful holy town sitting on the bank of River Ganga. You will be made to visit sites like, the peaceful Sivananda Ashram, tranquil Swarg ashram and one of the prime landmarks of Rishikesh, Laxman Jhula.In the second half of the day you will be driven to Sitapur which is located at a mere distance of 1 hour, and serves as the base for the Chota Chardham Yatra as well as the famous do dham yatra. Upon arrival you will be checked into the hotel.
From Sitapur you will be transferred to Gaurikund on jeeps early in the morning. Once you reach Gaurikund your rewarding and deeply devotional trek towards Kedarnath will commence. Here you will get the option for choosing Dolis, palkis or ponies to make your holy journey easier. There are also helicopter services available which can be availed.Keep in mind that the cost for alternative travelling options (Dolis, palkis, ponies and helicopter) will not be included in the package or borne by us. It will entirely be on your expense.After completing the trek and your darshan of Lord Kedar you will be transferred back to your hotel in Sitapur.
Pro Tip:Make sure to carry woolen clothing since it is extremely cold throughout the year.Make your trekking easier by wearing comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
Your chopper ride from Harsil helipad to the helipad near Kedarnath will begin early in the morning at around 9 am in the morning.By 10 am you will reach the helipad of either Sersi, Phata, Gaurikund, Guptkashi etc. according to government regulations you will be required to transfer to a chopper which will transfer you to the Kedarnath helipad which is located at a mere distance of 500 metres from the temple.After a VIP Darshan at the temple you will be made to return to the holy nearby town of Guptkashi where you will be staying for the night at your allotted hotel here.
Your next day will begin at 12 noon since the first half of the day will be reserved for spending your day in leisure and give you some time to recuperate and freshen up from the long journey of the previous day.Pipalkoti will be your next base for your journey to the holy temple of Badrinath. Here the provisions for your stay will be made beforehand like hotel and meal.
Your journey towards the holy temple of Badrinath will commence, while stopping en route to visit Narasimha temple which is dedicated to the fourth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Narasimha and is located in the lower bazaar area of Joshimath.While on your way you will also be made to explore the beautiful Mana Village which is the last Indian village on the Indo – Tibetan border and is home to numerous holy sites like, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa and Bhim pul.Afterwards you will be checked in to your hotel in Badrinath and move onwards to the sacred temple. Before entering the temple it is vital for the devotees and visitors to take a holy dip in the Tapt kund which is a naturally occurring hot water spring and is said to wash away any mental or physical fatigue.You will finally be headed back to your allotted accommodation.
Post the do dham visitation you will be taken to Srinagar and on your way there will be numerous holy temples in the sites falling on your way at Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag, Rudraprayag and dhara devi temple. This will be a soul-enriching experience for everyone.Here you will be made to stay at an allotted hotel.
Your trip towards Haridwar from Srinagar will commence early in the morning. On your way you will be made to halt at Devprayag, which is the site for the confluence of two holy rivers Bhagirathi and Ganga.You will then reach Haridwar where you will be scheduled to take a ritualistic and holy dip in River Ganga. During evening you will witness the soul evoking aarti of the fast flowing River Ganga at the holy site of Har ki Pauri.At night you will be made to board the overnight train to Delhi.
Your do dham yatra journey will conclude upon reaching Delhi early in the morning. From here you will be free to head on to your desired destination.

We were awestruck by this temple, the carving is sublime! We went Saturday morning and enjoyed listening to the temple music. It was really peaceful and calm. You can take lovely photos outside but inside just enjoy the experience, no cameras allowed.Thank you Gujarat Expert for a memorable trip!
