Dwarka is believed to be the mythical kingdom of Lord Krishna who is believed to have ruled over the place for quite some time while Somnath is known for the famous Somnath Jyotirlinga temple of Lord Shiva; a temple which still retains its divine splendor after surviving the many ravages of time.
Welcome to Devbhumi Dwarka. You are greeted on arrival at Dwarka Railway station by our representative and transfer to hotel, later proceed for local tour of Dwarka visit the Dwarkadheesh temple and Rukmini Temple, 'Lord Krishna's wife. Later, take a ferry to Shankhoddar Island, also known as Bet Dwarka, visit the Ranchhodrai and Matsyavatar Temple, Nageshwar temple also called Mahadev temple, one of the 12 jyotirlingas, overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast you will be made to checked out of the hotel and off to your next destination of Somnath. On your way to Somnath take a break at Porbadndar. This place is well known for great religious significance as it is be the birth place of Sudama, the best friend and devotee of Lord Krishna. Visit to Kirti Mandir the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. Further continue drive to Somnath. On arrival at Somnath, check into your hotel. In the evening proceed for Somnath temple, the legendary shore temple of Somnath is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga most sacred shrines dedicated to the Lord Shiva. The temple contains the jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. Evening join Aarthi and light & sound show. Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning you will be taken to Somnath temple for Abhishekam & puja followed by a visit to Bhalka Tirth. The same place where lord Krishna was shot by an arrow after getting mistaken for a deer. After a spiritual morning you will be transferred to your departure location in Somnath Railway Station.
Ans. The itinerary should give its largest time blocks to Dwarka and Somnath, not to repeated check-ins or return drives. Because the route also includes Porbandar, a sensible overnight sequence matters more than maximising the number of stops. Use darshan timing as a pacing check: if it forces a late arrival, move or remove a secondary attraction.

The best part was that the gujarat package given to us was really pocket friendly. Our darshan was early morning and the driver was on time for it. He was understanding and took us everywhere. the entire trip was very well planned. It was our second trip to Gujarat with my wife and it was absolutely fantastic. We went for adventure tour to jeep safari in gir national park and rann of kutch. The first trip was for spirituality and this was for adventure. It was a 5 days and 4 nights of trip which we will keep close to our heart. Will look forward to more trips.

getting the right tour package was my biggest concern. But the tour manager of gujarat expert made sure to customise a special package just for us. The itinerary was planned according to our wish. We had complaints about the first hotel they gave us but we spoke to our tour manager and it was immediately changed to a much better one. We were awestruck by this temple, the carving is sublime! We went Saturday morning and enjoyed listening to the temple music. It was really peaceful and calm. You can take lovely photos outside but inside just enjoy the experience, no cameras allowed.Thank you Gujarat Expert for a memorable trip!

Hi all,It was a great pleasure for us. The entire trip from Baruch to Dwaraka, Bet Dwaraka. Nageshwar, Somnath, Bhavnagar, Nishkalank Mahadev and return to Ahmedabad was very nicely planned. I go to the Statue of Unity one-day tour, tour started from Ahmedabad with Gujarat Expert, and this was a fantastic family experience.
