How to Book a Gujarat Tour Package

11 Steps to Book a Tour

• Step 1. Send us your tour inquiry.
• Step 2. Receive a proposed itinerary and tour quotation.
• Step 3. Discuss and customise the itinerary until it meets your travel requirements.
• Step 4. Confirm the tour and make the required payment using any of the available payment options.
• Step 5. Receive your payment invoice.
• Step 6. Our team begins the tour booking and confirmation process.

After Booking, What Happens?

• Step 7. Approximately 7 days before your tour start date, you will receive your tour vouchers, itinerary and other important travel information.
• Step 8. One day before your arrival, our operations team will contact you to reconfirm your travel itinerary and provide the driver details.
• Step 9. On arrival at the airport or designated pickup point, our representative will meet you with a paging board displaying your name and assist you with your transfer.
• Step 10. We provide 24/7 guest support throughout your tour.
• Step 11. Our operations team remains available to assist you during the tour and may contact you regularly to ensure that your journey is running smoothly.

Gujarat Tour Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Procedure

To confirm your Gujarat tour package booking, you need to pay at least 25% of the total tour cost in advance. Once the advance payment is received, our team will begin processing your booking and service confirmations.

Payment Policy

• 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
• 50% of the total tour cost is payable after receiving the confirmation voucher.
• The remaining 25% balance must be paid before the tour begins.
• Full payment is required for Rann Utsav bookings.

Last-minute bookings, ticket bookings and peak-season reservations may require 100% payment of the total tour cost in advance to process the booking.

In some cases, especially for deluxe or luxury packages, an additional advance amount may be required even after the initial 25% payment. This may depend on the specific payment policy or deadline set by the hotel, contractor or service supplier.

How to Make Payment

For your convenience, we provide multiple payment options. Payments can be made through UPI, cheque, demand draft, RTGS, NEFT, bank transfer, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, other supported wallet applications, PayPal, debit card or credit card. Applicable bank or transaction charges may apply to card payments.

After Making the Payment

After initiating the payment, please send us the transaction details for confirmation. Once the payment is received in our account, we will issue the payment invoice. Your hotel reservation voucher, tour schedule and service vouchers will generally be provided approximately 7 days before the departure date.

Tour Cancellation Policy

• After booking confirmation: 10% of the total tour cost.
• 29–20 days before the tour start date: 20% of the total tour cost.
• 19–14 days before the tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost.
• 13–08 days before the tour start date: 40% of the total tour cost.
• 07–04 days before the tour start date: 60% of the total tour cost.
• 03–00 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost.
