Our Gujarat tour of forts and palaces lasting for 10 days and 9 nights takes you on a thrilling journey across these mesmerizing forts and palaces.
Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad your tour representative will greet you and escort you to your allotted here where you will also be spending the night.
After having your breakfast in the morning your sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad will kick start. You will be visiting some of the most popular tourist attractions here like – Calico museum of textiles, Sarkhej mausoleum and Vishala village complex. Your day will be an extremely productive sightseeing, after which you will be assisted back your hotel where you will be spending the night.
Early in the morning next day, after having your breakfast you will be driven to Jambughoda which is situated at a distance of 4 hours. You will be reaching the legendary Jambughoda wildlife sanctuary for a safari where you will be able to witness animal species like leopards, wild boars, jackals and more. After a thrilling safari you will be taken back to your hotel.
After having your breakfast in the morning your sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad will kick start. You will be visiting some of the most popular tourist attractions here like – Calico museum of textiles, Sarkhej mausoleum and Vishala village complex. Your day will be an extremely productive sightseeing, after which you will be assisted back your hotel where you will be spending the night.
Today you will be visiting the small and quaint city of Chhota Udaipur which was also known as Rewa Kantha earlier and is located at a road journey distance of 1.5 hours. Here you will be visiting some traditional, vibrant and ethnic tribal villages here and here you will be observing the traditional way of life and explore its vibrancy. Finally you will be made to return back to your allotted hotel at Jambughoda where you will be spending the night.
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be driven to Uthelia which will be reached en route Champaner and is situated at a distance of 4.5 hours. The historical city of Champaner is a UNESCO world heritage site and is dotted with legendary and wonderful sites of tourist interests like – Champaner fort, Kalika temple, Jama masjid and more. Once you reach Uthelia by evening you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be taken on a visit to one of the most vital sites for Harappan civilization – Lothal where you will be made to witness some remains that date back to 2000 BCE. You will then be driven to Bhavnagar which is situated at a distance of 2.5 hours. Upon arriving at Bhavnagar you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel here where you will be spending the night. By evening you will be taken to the famous Barton museum and shopping at the local market.
Your drive to the holy site of Palitana will commence early in the morning after the completion of your breakfast. This site is an extremely important part of Jain pilgrimage that is located at a distance of 2 hours and is home to almost 863 temples made out of marble. After having a memorable and spiritual time at Palitana you will be driven back to Bhavnagar.
You will be driven to Gondal early in the morning after having your breakfast which is situated at a distance of 4 hours. Once you reach Gondal you will be duly checked in to your allotted hotel here. After freshening up you will be taken to the majestic Naulakha Palace where you will be made to witness a massive collection of vintage and antique cars. Finally by the end of the day you will be returned back to your hotel here for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast early in the morning you will be driven to Wankaner which is situated at distance of 2.5 hours. En route you will be made to visit Watson museum and Rashtriya shala. Once you reach Wankaner you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay. After freshening up you will be taken for a sightseeing expedition of Wankaner palace museum and other tribal villages that are located in close vicinity where you will be made to experience the local lifestyle of the villagers. You will then be made to head back to your hotel here for the night.
After having your breakfast you will be driven to Ahmedabad. Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad you will be driven to your departure destination of either a railway station or the airport from where your home journey will begin and will also mark the end of your journey with us.
